Fees and how we quote

Starting points

Fees reflect the depth of numbers work and the number of entities involved. The figures below are orientation points, not a menu of fixed packages. After a short discovery call we confirm a written fee before any chargeable work begins.

  • Cash-flow planning (flagship) From £1,850
  • Annual budgeting framework From £1,400
  • Financial controls review From £1,200
  • Half-day on-site workshop (Bedfordshire) From £650
  • Monthly retainer for forecast upkeep From £480 / month

What moves a quote

Multiple companies in a group, heavy inventory cycles, incomplete bookkeeping, or a need for lender-ready packs all affect effort. We would rather quote honestly than compress the work into a headline price that cannot deliver.

How billing works

  • Discovery calls are complimentary and usually last thirty minutes.
  • Agreed engagements are invoiced 50% to commence and 50% on handover, unless a retainer is chosen.
  • Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be paused with thirty days’ notice.
  • We do not take card payments on this site; invoices are settled by bank transfer.

Estimates versus fixed fees

Single-entity cash-flow maps and controls reviews are often fixed once scope is clear. Larger budgeting programmes spanning several departments may be quoted as a capped time arrangement with a weekly update on remaining hours.
